If you purchased a Full Access subscription through our iOS or Android app but can't access it due to one of the following reasons:
a) deleted and re-installed the app
b) restored your iPad or Android tablet from a backup
c) purchased a new iPad / iPhone or Android device
You may need to restore your subscription on your device. Here's how to restore your purchase.
1. Open the Guitar Tricks app.
2. On the login page you will see "Restore Purchase at the bottom
3. Select "Restore Purchase" You will be logged in automatically if the restore is successful.
