If the video is frozen or stops/starts frequently.
It sounds to us like you might just be experiencing a slower internet connection, and that your videos aren't buffering completely.
We suggest lowering the video quality.
Please try pressing the play button once to start, then again to pause, and watch as the progress bar moves all the way from left to the right. When fully buffered press play again to watch without interruptions.
If the video does not play at all.
Problems playing the videos can be caused by problems on the network, your computer, or your browser. Usually you can fix the problem yourself by isolating the issue using the steps below. Here’s a few trusty tips that should get you up and running in no time:
- If you are using a Mac or PC, try the “old” flash video player. At the lower left corner of the video screen is a button for new player or old player. If your flash software is not up to date, the old player may work for you when the new player doesn’t
- Try using a different browser. Does that help or do you have trouble with videos on that browser as well?
- Try a different computer. Does that help or do you have trouble with videos on that computer as well?
- Try rebooting your router and modem. Does that help or do you have trouble with videos after this change?
